Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree - Required
- 2 plus years of experience in selective college admissions required; college counseling experience a plus
- Availability to start as early as May 4, 2026
- Passion for higher education and a commitment to increasing education access for a broad constituency of students
- The ability to reach all audiences and meet families where they are in the process
- A high degree of integrity, creativity, and strategic thinking, plus great time management, organizational skills, and a willingness to embrace flexibility
- Confident presence, strong relationship building skills, and a professional manner
- Strong editing and writing ability coupled with attention to detail
- Superior presentation skills in both large group and individual settings
- Willingness to share your knowledge and experience with our team in both formal and informal ways
- Interest in working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment and commitment to the principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Comfort level with technology, including Microsoft Office 365 Suite and social media platforms
