• Lead an engineering team to design and deliver product features for our customers, agents, and merchants • Demonstrate knowledge and passion for data products, API integrations, mobile and web development • Build a roadmap, own the backlog, and prioritize high-leverage features grounded in both qualitative and quantitative data • Build and maintain partnerships with leaders and stakeholders to influence and advance your agenda • Define, socialize, and monitor key performance metric indicators to understand the evolution and success of the product • Apply strategic thinking to delivering product features that are well managed, including collaborating effectively with risk, compliance, legal, and privacy partners
