Job Description

• Own and nurture executive-level relationships across a portfolio of tier-1 acquirer and payment processor accounts • Serve as executive sponsor for strategic accounts, ensuring high satisfaction, retention, and strategic alignment • Oversee management of client requests related to solution enhancements, reporting needs, and coordination of new product releases and implementations • Partner with customers to deeply understand their merchant portfolio dynamics, compliance challenges, and growth objectives • Define paths of growth for both parties - the customer and VikingCloud • Work closely with the C-Suite—Product, Security, Technology, Finance, and Operations to align customer needs with business priorities

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in business, technology, cybersecurity, or related field
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in product management, consulting, or a strategic growth role in the payments industry
  • 5+ years experience in cybersecurity and PCI compliance
  • Experience developing business cases, developing revenue growth strategies in the payments industry, and aligning product value with customer strategies
  • Strong enterprise-level negotiation skills, especially with large acquirers, processors, and global technology clients
  • Exceptional communication skills, including ability to engage and influence the executive team and C-Suite stakeholders.
