• Provide day to day Salesforce support/bugfix to our end users • The single point of contact for all Salesforce needs on the GovCloud • The primary point of contact for the customer support team on all SFDC needs during PST hours • Support end users in data extractions, reports, KPIs and dashboards • Ability to do Unit Testing for bug fixes • Monitor and maintain the ongoing system integrations between Salesforce and other upstream/downstream applications • Working experience with third-parties to provide technical support, research, troubleshooting and be able to resolve issues in a timely manner • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce functionality on new releases, customizations and integrations • Collaborate with cross-track teams to troubleshoot business system related issues
