• Design, develop, and maintain custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs. • Configure declarative components (Flows, page layouts, record types, permission sets, assignment rules, reports, dashboards). • Ensure scalable data model design aligned with business needs. • Build and maintain integrations using Mulesoft, REST/SOAP APIs, and 3rd-party systems. • Manage Health Cloud features, data models, and care management workflows. • Oversee sandbox strategy, deployments, and change management processes. • Perform system maintenance, including release management, cleanup, and performance optimization. • Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolution. • Gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions aligned with Salesforce best practices. • Document technical designs, processes, and system configurations. • Provide user training and support, including managing support tickets. • Identify underutilized features or areas for optimization.
