• Assist with execution and scheduling of email campaigns in HubSpot • Support coordination of marketing campaigns across multiple channels • Maintain campaign trackers, calendars, and internal documentation • Help ensure campaigns launch on time and without operational errors • Support creative trafficking and organization of ad assets • Help maintain campaign tracking documentation • Coordinate creative needs with internal and external teams • Help organize creative assets and content libraries • Assist in production coordination for shoots and creative initiatives • Support social and lifecycle content execution • Assist team members across marketing functions as needed • Help maintain marketing systems and operational workflows • Support special projects and growth initiatives
