Job Description

• Support the Ads team in managing, optimizing, testing, and tracking all aspects of online advertising for nonprofit clients • Build creative, compelling campaigns to implement across multiple digital platforms • Develop and optimize search marketing campaigns across multiple search engines • Manage and optimize Google Ad and Grant accounts • Work with third-party vendors to drive increased growth and performance for search engine marketing campaigns • Provide recommendations and execute strategies for new programs, campaign settings, audience targeting, and creative ad formats to maximize program performance and client goals • Strategize and execute creative testing strategies to identify the most effective ads and techniques to various audiences • Produce reporting and analyze results • Maintain ongoing reports for client programs • A/B test and continually measure performance

Job Requirements

  • Minimum years of experience required: 2
  • In the following areas: Search marketing, display media and paid social
  • Required experience & knowledge: Online advertising fundamentals, including encouraging conversions via effective promotions on different platforms
  • Making data-driven decisions using analytics, A/B testing, campaign reports and dashboards
  • Understanding of online advertising metrics
  • Understanding of advertising platforms including Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, Google DoubleClick, and Google Ads
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Demonstrated effective use of digital tools to manage internal and external workflow and communication (including email, chat, zoom, and online workflow tool)
