Responsibilities As the Director of Product Design , reporting to the Head of Design you’ll lead and grow our world-class design team, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and Executive leadership to shape the vision, quality, and impact of design across the Phantom product ecosystem. This includes leading career growth and mentorship for the design team, fostering creative excellence, and championing strong design principles to consistently deliver high-quality work. This is determined by a few factors including your skillset, prior relevant experience, quality of interviews and market factors at the point in time of offer.
