Job Description

• Support design and architecture of Recruiting and Onboarding modules in Workday • Manage, develop, and consult with functional teams • Provide technical leadership to the project team • Review proposed changes for process improvement • Oversee configuration moves and batch jobs • Ensure proper documentation meets organization guidelines

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or IT related field
  • At least 2 years of experience configuring Workday Recruiting and Onboarding
  • Working knowledge of report writing and calculated fields
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Understanding of project estimation methodologies
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to organize and plan implementations
