Job Requirements

5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and architecture experience
3+ years of production AI/ML experience
True builder mindset—you work with code, create reusable assets, and learn by building
Applied agentic architecture expertise
Enterprise strategic planning exposure
Track record of connecting technical work to business outcomes
Strong understanding of regulated industry requirements (HIPAA, GDPR, SOC2)
Exceptional communication skills
