Job Requirements
- Several years of consulting experience with SAP SuccessFactors, with a clear focus on Employee Central, form the professional basis for this role.
- Experience designing HR master data, organizational structures and Core HR processes, as well as a good understanding of adjacent modules, is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel for projects and very good German language skills enable close and trusted collaboration with our clients.
