• Lead, coach, and manage a team of IM FMD colleagues within the designated IM FMD therapeutic area • Conduct PX-related issues for assigned team (such as performance appraisals, salary planning, new colleague selection, colleague development plans, colleague retention, team culture, and conflict resolution) • Remain up to date on scientific and medical literature and developments within the designated IM FMD TA to a level sufficient to provide effective coaching to direct reports • Partner with Administrative Professional and Operations Excellence staff to ensure effective support is provided to designated IM FMD team. • Responsibly manage the designated team’s T & E expenditure and remain within budget
