Job Description
• lead strategic sourcing and supplier partnerships
• optimize real estate, facilities, and security spend
• collaborate with functional leaders
• manage sourcing for various services
• conduct market research
• manage go-to-market activities
• negotiate contracts
• oversee implementation and drive continuous improvement
• develop strong supplier relationships
• establish and monitor cost standards
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in supply management, business, finance, engineering, or related field
- 4 years of professional experience
- at least 1 year in supply management with a focus on strategic sourcing and supplier development
- Experience developing, negotiating, and implementing commercial contracts
- Experience managing relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Project management skills with experience leading and executing complex initiatives
