As a Senior Product Manager you will lead the development and optimization of innovative healthcare solutions that enhance clinical decision-making and improve operational efficiency. This role is critical to defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for key products within our portfolio. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare, strong collaboration skills, strong sense of ownership and a passion for building impactful technology solutions. You will: · Define and execute product strategy and roadmaps aligned with company goals and customer needs · Operate independently & facilitate cross-functional teams (engineering, UX, clinical, marketing) through the product lifecycle—from ideation to launch and iteration. · Conduct market research, user interviews, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and identify opportunities to extend capabilities via external APIs to payers, providers, and partners. · Translate business and clinical requirements into API product specifications, user stories, and prioritized backlog Other Qualifications: · Familiarity with healthcare workflows, EMRs, or clinical content platforms is highly desirable. · Strong customer focus and ability to translate insights into actionable features. · Enthusiasm for continuous improvement, learning, and innovation in healthcare technology.
