Job Description

• Communicate with clients and team members through email, chat, and phone. • Confirm schedules, appointments, and follow-up details. • Maintain records, update internal systems, and ensure accuracy of information. • Assist in coordinating tasks, documents, and communications between departments. • Provide responsive and professional support to clients and internal teams.

Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, call center, or virtual support roles is preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a remote setting
  • Comfortable using email, chat, and other virtual tools for daily communication.
