Job Requirements
- 5 years of experience as a legal assistant, paralegal, or in a similar legal operations role
- Prior experience in a corporate legal department or law firm environment
- Paralegal certificate or legal studies coursework
- Demonstrated experience with contract lifecycle management and document organization systems
- Strong working knowledge of legal management software (e.g., PandaDoc), Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to interface professionally with external counsel, opposing parties, and internal stakeholders
- Exceptional attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and filing systems
- Self-starter with ability to develop and implement processes and workflows independently
- High degree of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and train others on new systems and processes
