To support our growth, we're seeking a Product Manager with strong business insight and a process driven approach who will collaborate closely with Product and Technology to dive into our architecture, data flows, and system integrations. In the near term, this role will focus on hands-on discovery of how our systems work today, identifying gaps and inefficiencies, and translating those findings into clear, actionable insights that inform product strategy, automation opportunities, and roadmap decisions. Over time, this individual will evolve from discovery and analysis into ownership. You will become accountable for the solutions, integrations, and product capabilities that emerge from your work, helping drive prioritization, delivery, and measurable business outcomes. This is a highly collaborative, impact-driven role that starts with analysis and grows into end to own ownership across our product suite. Responsibilities Discovery & Analysis Perform deep-dive analysis into existing system architecture, data models, workflows, and integrations across the product ecosystem, particularly in Salesforce Document current-state processes, data flows, and system interactions, identifying gaps, redundancies, and manual workarounds Elicit and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements from stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Marketing Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Associate Product Manager, Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role Experience in the product operating model Strong experience analyzing business processes, systems integrations, and data flows Ability to understand and ask applicable questions about technical concepts such as APIs, data models, and system architecture Proven ability to translate complex findings into clear documentation and actionable recommendations Experience working closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Experience owning product areas or leading initiatives from discovery through delivery 2+ years of experience working with Salesforce from a produce management perspective preferred Preferred experience working with relational databases and understanding how structured data models support scalable digital products preferred Experience working in SaaS or B2B technology environments preferred Familiarity with a wide range of sales enablement tools such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Gong, marketing automation platforms, contract lifecycle management tools, and analytics platforms preferred Experience identifying and supporting automation initiatives preferred Comfort creating process maps, system diagrams, and data flow diagrams preferred Benefits Competitive compensation package Free individual employee medical coverage Company subsidized dental and vision coverage Dollar for dollar 401(k) match up to 6% of your salary with immediate vesting Company-paid Short-Term and Long-Term Disability coverage Employee Assistance Program to support your wellbeing and mental health $1500 annual stipend for undergraduate/graduate college courses; $500 annual stipend for continuing education courses/certifications Free snacks and beverages on-site Brand new, state-of-the-art, tech-enabled work environment in downtown Nashville Flexible/hybrid work culture

Job Requirements

  • Translate complex technical and operational findings into clear documentation, diagrams, and recommendations that can be consumed by both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Surface automation and integration opportunities that align to product strategy and roadmap priorities.
  • Identify integration opportunities between systems to improve data consistency, scalability, and operational efficiency
  • Support evaluation of how existing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, contract management, analytics, portals) can be better leveraged to solve business problems
  • Product Ownership
  • Work collaboratively in our product operating model in which we enable continuous discovery and delivery of solutions that achieve meaningful customer and business outcomes.
  • Own the product and integration strategy for the systems and workflows you analyze
  • Partner with Engineering to shape solutions, define scope, and make tradeoff decisions
  • Convert discovery out puts into well-defined backlogs, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans
  • Drive alignment across stakeholders on priorities, timelines, and expected outcomes
  • Assist in defining success metrics and validating that delivered solutions address the originally identified gaps
  • Serve as a connective layer between business needs, product strategy, and technical execution
  • Support ongoing product operations through QA testing, troubleshooting, and hands on assistance for users
