This role partners closely with the CEO and the executive leadership team, and plays a critical role in scaling a fast-growing cybersecurity company in the identity security space. What you’ll do: • Partner closely with the CEO and executive leadership team to drive strategic initiatives and company-wide priorities. • Optimize the CEO’s schedule and focus by ensuring alignment between strategic priorities and daily execution. • Own follow-ups on key decisions and ensure accountability across the leadership team. • Prepare materials for board meetings, investor updates, and executive discussions. • Drive quarterly and annual planning processes, including goal setting and performance tracking. • Lead cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer teams. • Identify operational gaps and implement scalable solutions. • Work closely on strategic partnerships, including partner strategy, executive-level coordination, and follow-through on key partnership initiatives. • Lead special projects critical to company growth and execution.
