• Coordinate transportation, lodging, tours, and dining reservations
• Manage travel documents and itinerary details
• Handle schedule changes and emergencies
• Communicate with clients before, during, and after travel
• Work with vendors to secure the best rates and experiences
Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Customer service or administrative background
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working independently and remotely
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
