- Enablement & support: Provide playbooks, checklists, and office hours for marketers and stakeholders; triage issues and drive continuous improvement.
- How you’ll measure success:
- Campaigns launched on time and error-free (QA pass rate, cycle time from brief→launch).
- Attribution completeness (UTM coverage, reduction in “unknown” sources).
- Data quality (valid lead routing, duplicate rate, enrichment success).
- Funnel performance (form CVR, email deliverability/CTR, MQL→SQL conversion, pipeline contribution, ROI).
- Operational efficiency (Workfront SLA adherence, backlog burn-down, rework reduction).
