Job Description
• Act as a senior technology thought partner across various enterprise functions.
• Shape how enterprise technology enables business transformation by translating strategy into clear direction.
• Set multi-year enterprise IT roadmaps balancing transformation with operational excellence.
• Provide clear business leadership across enterprise technology initiatives.
• Lead teams of IT Business Partners and Business Analysts to drive execution against defined outcomes.
• Own enterprise demand intake, prioritization, and portfolio governance.
• Lead and develop a high-performing global organization of approximately 20 team members.
Job Requirements
- 12–18 years of progressive experience in enterprise technology, digital transformation, or IT leadership roles.
- Broad experience across enterprise technology landscapes, including CRM and ERP platforms, data platforms, analytics, integration layers, automation, and emerging technologies.
- Demonstrated experience driving data and analytics transformation.
- Hands-on leadership experience applying modern technologies, including AI and advanced analytics.
- Experience shaping and governing enterprise roadmaps with Salesforce as core component.
- 7–10 years of experience in senior leadership roles.
- Proven success guiding organizations through technology and operating-model maturity transitions.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders and peers without direct authority.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate strategy into aligned action.
