Job Description
Job Requirements
- 7+ years experience in a product counsel role at a law firm or in-house legal department
- Experience in a law firm or in-house corporate environment working specifically on regulatory compliance.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office programs required (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Knowledge and application of consumer protection laws and regulations such as RESPA, UDAAP, and GLBA.
- A willingness to dig-in and learn new technology is critical. This role requires digital fluency or – at a minimum – a willingness to learn.
