- 8–12+ years of experience in GTM enablement, partner enablement, or sales effectiveness within enterprise SaaS or AI-driven technology companies
- Proven track record building scalable, global enablement programs tied to measurable business impact
- Experience working in high-growth, fast-paced environments
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Experience building partner certification and implementation readiness programs
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and operational skills
- Experience with learning platforms, certification frameworks, and enablement technologies
