Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
- Three (3) years of Scrum Master experience leading scrum teams in various technical delivery projects (e.g., website and app development, software engineering, systems development projects)
- Experience working with cross functional teams (UI/UX, front- and back-end, QA, etc.) for well-coordinated project execution
- Exceptional communications skills, with experience interacting with clients, problem solving and guiding prioritization of work
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to juggle details on multiple features, blockers, issue resolutions, and capacity/load
- Salesforce experience required in a Scrum Master capacity
- Advanced Scrum Master or Agile coach certifications preferred
- Experience providing coaching sessions in Agile practices with clients, other scrum masters, or scrum teams
