Job Description

• Bridge Business & Tech : Partner with product owners, stakeholders, and delivery teams to gather and document functional and non-functional requirements. • Fuel Agile Delivery : Translate business needs into clear user stories and specs that align with sprint goals and product vision. • Champion Quality : Collaborate with QA and dev teams to define test strategies and ensure solutions meet expectations. • Analyze & Improve : Use your knowledge of Order Management and Order to Cash processes to identify opportunities for optimization. • Drive Collaboration : Actively participate in agile ceremonies—sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives—and contribute to continuous improvement. • Document & Communicate : Create process flows, functional documentation, and support solution demos and workshops.

Job Requirements

2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Agile/Scrum environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communicator—able to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
Experience with Jira , Confluence , and writing basic SQL queries.
Exposure to ERP modules like Order to Cash or Procure to Pay.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
Experience supporting test planning and execution.
