Job Description
• Create social content that stops the scroll (X/Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube)
• Design motion graphics/animations for launches, announcements, and campaigns
• Build marketing visuals for blog posts, newsletters, ads, and docs
• Design and iterate on website pages and landing pages (speed + conversion mindset)
• Contribute to product UI when needed (systems-thinking, clean components)
• Maintain and gradually evolve Firecrawl’s brand system (not a rebrand)
• Turn complex technical ideas into visuals developers actually want to look at
• Share work early, iterate quickly, and keep stakeholders unblocked with clear async updates
Job Requirements
- Taste: strong typography, spacing, composition, color — you make "simple" look elite
- Craft: high attention to detail; you ship clean work
- Range: social → web → motion → light UI without quality dropping
- Speed: you move fast and iterate without sacrificing polish
- Figma fluency: organized, component-minded, clean files
- Motion skills: After Effects, Rive, Lottie, or similar
- Ownership: you take ambiguous asks and turn them into shipped assets
- Communication: clear, proactive, good at presenting options + rationale
- Nice to have: Experience at a startup and/or developer-focused company, 3D skills (Spline, Blender), Video editing, Strong instincts for what resonates with technical audiences
