• Be a key member of the legal team, providing appropriate risk management across Dandy’s business while encouraging rapid growth • Draft and negotiate Dandy’s commercial agreements with customers and partners, with an eye toward efficiency and mutually beneficial commercial outcomes • Partner with cross-functional commercial teams including Sales, Supply Chain, Go-to-Market, Marketing to maximize ROI • Support company initiatives related to product and market launches, pricing, go-to-market motions, and customer lifecycle matters • Translate information security, technology, regulatory, compliance, and other legal requirements across sales, marketing, supply chain, and other cross-functional stakeholders • Advise Dandy’s founders and executive team on legal matters generally and act as trusted advisor on all matters of risk
