• Provide supportive pre-sales technical expertise to sales teams and customers throughout the sales process. • Offer thoughtful technical input for bid proposals, project work, and documentation, while helping identify opportunities to expand value for existing customers. • Install and demonstrate products and equipment at customer facilities in a clear, customer-friendly way. • Collaborate closely with the sales team to recommend products and services that meet customer needs. • Stay current on company technologies as well as competitor offerings to support informed conversations. • Assists with technical issues at customer sites, brings any issues to the customers attention and work with key account manager to put together a plan for corrective action – ensures the sales account manager is kept informed out outcomes and follow up
