• Initiate and drive work streams of projects that directly impact the organization’s overall health via improved Yield. • Create and maintain a robust project plan, set challenging goals and deadlines per executive asks, calculating impact to Yield, Bad Debt, and overall project ROI, and solution analysis. • Participate and potentially lead project updates with executives and stakeholders, some of which may be high visibility to VPs and above. • Proactively monitor team’s book of business outcomes and findings through data analytics and/or trend analysis and root cause analysis. • Take findings and develop/pitch/initiate process improvements in areas with the most significant impacts to the organization. • Meet with project teams on an ongoing basis, facilitate project team next steps through data driven findings on a facilitator and/or (data) analytical support level. • Meet with business partners regularly and impacted teams to maintain relationships with, and provide high level updates and results on initiatives. • Conduct ad hoc data analytics and deep dive requests.
