Job Requirements
- 10+ years of corporate or B2B communications experience. You've done this before and have the media clips and stories to prove it.
- Exceptional writing skills. You can translate complex topics into clear, engaging narratives. You know the difference between corporate speak and actual communication.
- Media relationships and instincts. You know what makes a story, how to pitch it, and ideally have reporters who'll take your call.
- Strong organizational skills. You can manage multiple projects, track metrics, and create systems that help the team work more effectively.
- Public company experience is a plus. You understand the unique considerations that come with being publicly traded.
- Genuine curiosity about AI. You're already experimenting with how AI tools can enhance communications work. You have opinions on what works and what's overhyped.
- Comfort with ambiguity. You can figure things out without a playbook and aren't afraid to try something new.
- Boldness with good judgment. You'll push for the interesting angle or the bolder approach, but you also know when to pull back.
