- Manage respective area of accounting and finance to support CFO, Chief Accounting Officer, and Chief Investment Officer
- Maintain appropriate documentation required by SOX
- Research and maintain proficient level of technical expertise
- Develop and manage a team
- Analyze and review financial performance
