Job Description

• Manage and optimize software deployment through private app store, application signing, and mobile store deployments. • Design and maintain a suite of client-replicated test environments using GCP Compute Engine and virtualization, including software management tools, such as Intune, SCCM, and Autopilot. • Conduct deep-dive troubleshooting to identify and resolve software conflicts with third-party security postures (EDR/Antivirus) and hardware variations. • Using Infrastructure as Code (IaC)—like Terraform or Google Deployment Manager—to quickly spin up or 'snapshot' clean test environments. • Inform software developers of endpoint constraints and provide technical feedback on silent installation, registry configurations, and performance impacts. • Implement security best practices on endpoint software to ensure compliance with enterprise B2B requirements.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
5+ years of experience in Endpoint Management or Systems Engineering.
Deep expertise in Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, Windows Desktop and MacOS internals, with experience supporting MacOS environments and tools such as JAMF strongly preferred.
Hands-on Experience managing virtualized workloads in GCP (VPCs, Compute Engine).
Proficiency in PowerShell for endpoint automation and configuration.
Strong understanding of B2B enterprise security environments (Group Policy, EDR, Firewalls).
