Job Description
Job Requirements
- 7+ Experience in IT operations, technology operations, or enterprise operations leadership
- Strong understanding of IT financial management, budgeting, and cost controls
- Experience managing vendors, contracts, and third-party services
- 2+ years of experience delivering business updates to leadership, including crafting concise executive summaries for senior stakeholders
- 2+ years of experience supporting large-scale enterprise initiatives
- Proficient in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization platforms
- Competency in vetting vendors for cybersecurity and regulatory compliance
- Strong business acumen with the ability to partner effectively with Finance, Legal, and Procurement
- Strong understanding of how data and analytics support business operations, particularly within underwriting domains.
- Solid understanding of financial services product offerings, distribution channels, and the competitive landscape, with the ability to translate external trends into internal strategy.
