Job Description
• Responsible for creating a high performing selling culture through store connectivity and the development/coaching of a team
• Lead a team of commissioned Sales Consultants to close sales
• Drive lead generation in the stores through the sales team
• Analyze and prioritize business metrics to achieve sales targets
• Ensure customer experience through monitoring and addressing feedback
