Job Description

• Drive sales through outbound call campaigns and achieve monthly assigned sales goals. • Provide an exceptional member experience with each member interaction. • Source and develop leads while consistently following-up on leads and unsold quotes by phone and e-mail • Utilize sales skills to upsell products based on the members' individual needs. • Be an effective communicator, both written and verbal • Provide excellent customer service and maintain retention

Job Requirements

High school diploma/GED (required)
Minimum of 1-2 years' direct work experience in inside or outside sales capacity
Be self-motivated and results driven
Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with Members
Excellent multitasking and computer skills
Exceptional verbal communication skills
Successful completion of criminal, education, and employment background screen
