• Lead discovery and assessment of existing Data Governance operating models, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities. • Act as a trusted advisor to business, technology, compliance, and data leadership stakeholders. • Facilitate governance workshops, working sessions, and steering committee meetings. • Develop and present Data Governance business cases, including value realization, risk reduction, and regulatory alignment. • Support presales activities, including solution design, proposals, and client demos. • Lead end-to-end implementation of Data Governance, Metadata, Lineage, and Data Quality capabilities. • Design and operationalize Operating Data Models for Governance, Quality, and MDM. • Oversee configuration and rollout of governance platforms such as Collibra, Informatica EDC/Axon, Alation, Attacama, and Erwin. • Define governance standards, policies, stewardship workflows, and operating procedures. • Guide testing, validation, and production readiness of governance solutions. • Embed governance controls to support AI and analytics pipelines, including traceability, explainability, and auditability. • Enable AI-assisted metadata enrichment, classification, and intelligent lineage discovery. • Collaborate with AI, Data Science, and Engineering teams to integrate governance into Agentic AI workflows (e.g., policy-as-code, automated stewardship, governance agents).
