Job Description

• Own the College Counseling and Graduate Admissions Businesses & Drive Strategy • Collaborate with business unit leaders and the President to co-author the annual budget • Build the Operating System and standardized processes for sales and service delivery • Lead a 100+ person division and act as the chief culture officer

Job Requirements

10–15 years of progressive leadership experience
Background in and passion for Education or Ed-Tech sectors
Proven track record of managing a services P&L of $10M+
Experience leading large, distributed teams (100+)
Expert in unifying cultures and leading transformation
