Job Description
• Performs field service of Stryker Communications product line installed at the customer site
• Troubleshoots and repairs complex technical issues
• Direct interaction with customers to provide support and resolve customer complaints
• Maintains quality records post servicing of equipment
• Documents process of technical support from initiation of call through problem resolution
Job Requirements
- Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally
- Up to 10 pounds of force frequently
- Must be able to use sophisticated test and office computer equipment
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office products
- Must have demonstrated fine motor skills
