- 10+ years of experience HVAC
- 5+ years of business development experience
- Proven success in identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities
- Strong strategic and analytical capabilities
- Exceptional negotiation skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and financial modeling tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
