Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account management, preferably within the healthcare industry serving employers.
- A Bachelor's degree
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and handle deadline pressures to deliver on-time and delight clients.
