Job Description

• Lead the implementation and optimization of marketing buying channel platforms • Strengthen marketing procurement processes and enhance supplier performance management • Utilize Scope of Work (SOW) tools effectively and oversee rollout of the Scope of Work tool • Develop and implement clear Ways of Working and structured Planning Process Calendar • Design and optimize analytics dashboards to maximize procurement tools • Establish and embed a comprehensive Supplier Performance and Relationship Management framework • Provide guidance, mentorship, and subject matter expertise to team members and cross-functional partners

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, or a related discipline
5+ years of relevant experience in marketing procurement, sourcing, or related fields
Proven experience in category-specific sourcing within marketing agencies
Hands-on experience deploying and managing marketing agency buying channels (e.g., AMS, Decideware, or similar platforms)
Strong expertise in agency negotiations and aligning sourcing outcomes with broader business objectives
Solid understanding of operating within a regulated environment
Forward-thinking, AI-ready mindset with interest in exploring AI-driven opportunities within marketing services
Proactive, solutions-oriented approach with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive innovation
Exceptional analytical, project management, communication, and presentation skills
Demonstrated ability to build strong, trust-based relationships in a collaborative team environment
