Department Overview Motorola Solutions is looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our Video Security and Access Control(VS&A) team focused on our Pelco portfolio working on expanded capabilities to support our extensive camera and sensor line. Job Description Job Description As a Product Marketer, you will work across Marketing, Product Management and Sales to manage a portfolio of products, drive creative storytelling of our solutions, and integrate messaging into the organization's overall objectives for the Global VS&A department. This individual will craft and implement product marketing content focused on promoting and building brand awareness and generating quantifiable demand, execute product launches and gain understanding of the verticals those products serve. Working closely with key stakeholders to identify marketing campaign goals, coordinate all deliverables, and measure results. This individual should also bring exceptional project management and effective communication skills, ensuring all stakeholders are working together to deliver high-quality results. Who you are: What you’ll do Partner with Product Management partners Craft messaging and positioning that demonstrates the value of your solution and differentiates it in the market Acquire deep customer knowledge through market research, customer interviews, and segmentation analysis Conduct competitor and market research to better understand our differentiation, target customers, key industries, and buyer personas Create and execute go-to-market strategies to drive product awareness, adoption, and pipeline Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase awareness and drive demand for products and solutions Develop internal and external facing content to enable Sales to effectively position and sell Design and execute channel marketing strategy and collateral to drive adoption, including training, tool kits, and enablement materials Own product and feature launches, including messaging and positioning, identifying target audiences, and creating content to support the launch, such as web pages, social media, collateral, presentations, and more Preferred Qualifications & Skills: Experience working with a combined hardware/software cloud (SaaS) solution a plus, with an emphasis on video security/access control Degree concentration in marketing, business, or a related field 3-5 years of experience in Product Marketing, preferably B2B Target Base Salary Range: $100,000 - $125,000 CAD Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.
