Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- 8 years of experience in a client-facing position responsible for requirements capture, including 6 years in specialized Health Informatic positions.
- Expertise in providing stakeholder management requirements gathering, information modeling, process documentation and liaison tasks required to support the development of clinical informatics software or other clinical informatics project activities.
- Specialized skills include experience with requirements elicitation, requirements analysis, user acceptance testing, and artifact development/documentation of systems used in the capture or standardization of health information, clinical information, or other data related to therapeutic discovery, medical research, or life sciences.
- Extensive experience with configuration of Oracle Health and/or CPRS/VISTA.
- Proven ability to lead and manage large or complex projects working with federal agencies or contractors.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- MS Office suite skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Outlook, etc.)
