• Serve as the primary point of contact between Digital and international Raytheon sites for tactical execution of Digital initiatives. • Work across Raytheon and RTX (Corporate) Digital teams to execute business priorities. • Support international programs by contributing to Digital transformation roadmaps and providing tactical inputs to long-range plans. • Conduct market analysis and support Digital solution implementation. • Monitor and oversee financial execution against targets in the Annual Operating Plan. • Address challenges to domestic and international collaboration (e.g., country rules and regulations) by identifying and recommending potential solutions. • Manage change and communications with the business to ensure the successful implementation of Digital initiatives. • Collaborate with stakeholders across various time zones, with some flexibility in working hours.
