Job Description

• You will be the primary contact for customer inquiries and concerns. • You will demonstrate exceptional customer service and professionalism in all interactions. • You will resolve customer support related issues and provide customers with proper solutions to their problems. • You will keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. • You will interact and coordinate with internal teams as needed. • You will collect customer feedback and share it with our team to improve our services.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Customer-oriented personality and a passion for customer service.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle stressful situations.
  • Adaptability and resilience to quick changes in priorities, technology, tools and workflow.
  • Detailed-oriented and ability to multitask.
