• Responsibility for recruiting engineering professionals (field engineers, project engineers, technical specialists) • Own full-cycle recruiting end to end and be accountable for outcomes • Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to deeply understand role requirements and performance expectations • Proactively source and engage passive technical talent using creative, data-driven approaches • Maintain momentum through offer, closing, and onboarding to ensure a strong candidate experience • Contribute to continuous improvement of SSA’s recruiting processes, tools, and standards
