Job Description

• Lead the development and execution of national education strategies for healthcare professionals • Design curricula for healthcare professionals, fellows, device companies, distributors, and internal staff • Oversee creation of workshops and certification programs • Collaborate with national and regional teams to adapt programs for large congresses and associations as well as local market needs and objectives • Develop and manage scheduling/tracking mechanisms for events and workshops including equipment/tool management, clinical support arrangement, and logistics • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Clinical & Commercial teams for content accuracy • Build relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and professional societies • Track program effectiveness using KPIs (e.g., adoption rates, learner satisfaction) • Report outcomes to leadership teams • Manage Med Ed budget effectively and with a strong fiscal responsibility & accountability.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree, MBA or advanced degree preferred
5+ years of medtech education experience, ultrasound or healthcare technology
3+ Experience with diagnostic and intraprocedural imaging technology
Demonstrated success launching and marketing complex technology products
Ability to travel 60% of the time (2-3 Overnights)
ARDMS, CCI Registry in Echocardiography
Medtech education experience, preferably in medical devices within the interventional cardiology space
10+ years of experience within the Structural Heart space, providing clinical guidance or oversite during procedures
Deep understanding of Structural Heart preplanning software and technologies specific to device and procedure type
Deep understanding of intraprocedural fusion technologies available on the market as well as their usefulness and potential impact on patient care
Knowledge of ultrasound technology, clinical applications, and customer workflows
Knowledge of healthcare market dynamics, sonography, software, AI and clinical workflow tools
Familiarity with medical device regulatory, compliance considerations affecting marketing claims
Strong project management capabilities with ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives
Excellence in creating compelling education curriculum messaging that resonates with customers (internal and external)
Proven ability to develop effective large scale education programs and education launch plans
Experience with different marketing channels including digital, events, and direct marketing
Strong presentation and communication skills with ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
