Job Description

• Lead the development and execution of national education strategies for healthcare professionals • Design curricula for healthcare professionals, fellows, device companies, distributors, and internal staff • Oversee creation of workshops and certification programs • Collaborate with national and regional teams to adapt programs for large congresses and associations as well as local market needs and objectives • Develop and manage scheduling/tracking mechanisms for events and workshops including equipment/tool management, clinical support arrangement, and logistics • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Clinical & Commercial teams for content accuracy • Build relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and professional societies • Track program effectiveness using KPIs (e.g., adoption rates, learner satisfaction) • Report outcomes to leadership teams • Manage Med Ed budget effectively and with a strong fiscal responsibility & accountability.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 5+ years of medtech education experience, ultrasound or healthcare technology
  • 3+ Experience with diagnostic and intraprocedural imaging technology
  • Demonstrated success launching and marketing complex technology products
  • Ability to travel 60% of the time (2-3 Overnights)
  • ARDMS, CCI Registry in Echocardiography
  • Medtech education experience, preferably in medical devices within the interventional cardiology space
  • 10+ years of experience within the Structural Heart space, providing clinical guidance or oversite during procedures
  • Deep understanding of Structural Heart preplanning software and technologies specific to device and procedure type
  • Deep understanding of intraprocedural fusion technologies available on the market as well as their usefulness and potential impact on patient care
  • Knowledge of ultrasound technology, clinical applications, and customer workflows
  • Knowledge of healthcare market dynamics, sonography, software, AI and clinical workflow tools
  • Familiarity with medical device regulatory, compliance considerations affecting marketing claims
  • Strong project management capabilities with ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives
  • Excellence in creating compelling education curriculum messaging that resonates with customers (internal and external)
  • Proven ability to develop effective large scale education programs and education launch plans
  • Experience with different marketing channels including digital, events, and direct marketing
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
