• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a variety of commercial agreements, including vendor contracts, service agreements, NDAs • Identify legal and business risks and propose practical solutions aligned with company goals • Support internal stakeholders (operations, marketing, product, finance, HR) in contract planning, approvals, and execution • Assist with building and maintaining standard contract templates, playbooks, and approval workflows • Support legal research and compliance efforts related to healthcare laws and regulations applicable to the company’s business model • Conduct legal research on business issues, regulatory questions, and industry-specific legal requirements
