Job Description

• Lead, train, motivate and maintain your own sales team representing Teltonika Networks • Execute strategic plans to reach sales targets and expand the customer base • Direct and manage the performance and development of your team • Actively participate in hiring processes of new members to the team • Provide training and counseling for individual team members to ensure targets are met • Be taking on the role as a playing coach in all sales processes until your sales team will be strong enough to play independently • Maintain internal systems and ensure that all sales specialists fill the systems correctly • Contribute to market research, including identifying market potential and finding opportunities for growth • Ensure order tracking and correction • Coordinate technical inquiries and logistics process

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales leadership experience selling a hardware product
  • Proven track record of sales achievements (B2B)
  • Experience in building and motivating sales team
  • Results focused, organized with good communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze information, and make decisions independently
