Job Description
Job Requirements
- 7+ years in creative or production roles, with at least 3 years leading teams in a high-growth DTC/ecommerce environment
- Proven track record of creating performance marketing content that converts—you understand the data behind why an ad works
- Deep video production expertise, with the ability to oversee shoots, direct talent, and ensure quality at volume
- AI-native mindset, comfortable with using emerging tools to automate and enhance creative workflows
- Pragmatic builder who prefers frameworks and flywheels over perfect briefs and long runways
- Health, Beauty, or CPG experience is strongly preferred.
